— What are you expecting from the upcoming Media-Forum Dialogue of Cultures?
— First of all, my expectations are connected with the opportunity to communicate with my colleagues from different countries and get acquainted with their projects.
— What does the Dialogue of Cultures mean personally to you?
— The Dialogue of cultures is certainly one of the most significant forms of communication in the contemporary world and the key to fruitful cooperation in various spheres of international relations. Open dialogue, exchange of spiritual values and familiarity with the achievements of the culture of other nations not only contributes to the development of modern society in general, but also is an important factor in the settlement of ethnic conflicts.
— What are your expectations of the trip to St. Petersburg? Have you ever been to this city before?
- Despite the fact that the upcoming trip isn't my first visit to the Northern capital, St Petersburg is a city where I want to come back again and again. Its rich history, stunning architecture and unique atmosphere make every visit unforgettable. However, during this trip, my biggest expectations are related to participation in the Media-Forum and the possibility not only to get better acquainted with the Hermitage collection but also to prepare the story.
— Can you give an advice to young TV journalists?
- Never neglect new ideas, even if today there aren't relevant to you, after some time everything can change. Always be ready, any thought recorded on the go can grow into an entire project.
Pay attention to the details and learn to see the unusual in usual, this is the main task of the journalist, to show something undercover. Try to find an approach to each interlocutor, give the opportunity to surprise yourself.
